Blushing Brides II.... A birdcage is like a reeses

There is just no wrong way to wear them... (in response to reader Kate's inquiry on what hair styles work best with the birdcage) the first picture is how I envision my hair being on My Happy Day.... and these are just a few more styles that can easily sport the veil... your hairstyle will be dictated by your face's shape and the length of your hair... such is the nature of the veil as well- I suggest doing a few mock run throughs with the veil to determine what works best for YOU....

Danielle,
could you please tell us where oh where you found the image in the middle of the redhed with the maids in yellow? i'd love to see more of them! and i also love that yellow rothko-style painting in the background - it's just the perfect touch to the shot, isn't it?!
thank you than you!

The cage veil is classic and will never go out of style. I love that there are so many options. I'm so happy to see that other brides love them as much as I do!

So sorry to forget the photo credits- adding them now... thanks for catching that...

The lovely retro bride has showed up all over the internet so it is tough for me to really pinpoint where I saw her first... however, a great sampling of her wedding is available on Brides.com along with an inclusive article and list of vendors... The couple's names are Kristine and Matt.... and more photos are available via their photographer's site jasonwalz.com

Their wedding is one of my favorites.. they have such great style and it really shows through each element of their event
